Windows Setup

    Extract & Run

    Locate the downloaded file. If it's a ZIP file, right-click and select "Extract All". Double-click Setup.exe to launch the process. Click "Run" if Windows shows a security warning.

Mac Setup

    Click "Download for Mac" below. The PKG or DMG file downloads to your Downloads folder. Choose Version 3.11 for Catalina and newer.

    Double-click the PKG file to launch the process. Enter your administrator password when prompted. Follow the on-screen prompts and click "Continue" and "Start".

    Configure Settings

    Open System Preferences and find the Thumbnailer pane. Select which embroidery file formats you want to preview. Enter your password to save changes.
